Recognizing the significance of the childhood years in spiritual development, Jenice desires to help parents and ministry leaders as they train their kids to be life-long followers of Jesus. Jenice also believes that good church administration provides the processes that guide the church to pursue its mission. The best part of her job is helping someone be successful in the ministry God has called them to. She and her husband, Ron, have a daughter in college and two sons in high school. James has a passion for serving the youth of today’s culture who desperately need to know the love of their Creator. He loves God’s Word and enjoys teaching it in ways that are both relevant and engaging. He also enjoys building meaningful relationships with youth and young adults at Trinity and encouraging them to serve in the church, community and throughout the world. In his free-time James enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda and their two dogs. He also enjoys the outdoors, watching the Baltimore Ravens, playing sports, reading, and afternoon naps. Marcie’s passion is for preschoolers and watching the way they discover the world around them. She feels it is important for them to see God’s handiwork in the world around them and see His love reflected in the people around them so that they can grow to know Him. She and her husband, Ken, have three grown sons, with whom they enjoy outdoor activities, sporting events, and eating out at locally-owned restaurants. They love road trips to visit family (like their son in Arkansas) and National Parks, where they can see God’s handiwork up close.
