"Laying the Foundation for a Lifetime of Faith"
At
Trinity Baptist Church our desire is to lead children to become
lifelong disciples of Jesus. We believe that process can begin in even
the earliest years of life. Our preschool teachers are dedicated to
providing quality care for each of our little ones. They are also
committed to share foundational truths about God and His love with
every child they teach. Our children's teachers continue to build upon
that foundation of faith. They love kids, they love God, and they love
to bring the two together.
We use a variety of programs and ministries to accomplish this all important task. Those opportunities include:
- Children's Worship
- Children's Worship is a time for celebrating who God is and what He
has done! Children's worship is for first, second and third graders; we
meet at 11:30 on Sunday mornings.
- Children in Action
- A great missions program where kids, grades 1-6, learn about the neat
things that our missionaries do, learn about where they live, and learn
how they can be missionaries too! Wednesday evenings during the summer
months.
- Club 56 - Once a month, fifth and sixth graders get together and do something just for fun! Kids are encouraged to bring their friends who don't regularly attend church so they can share in the fun.
We would love to include your child in our activities and we would love to help them become lifelong followers of Jesus!
For more information about any of these activities, contact Jenice Moore.

Surf's up, so grab your surfboard and head for the waves! During VBS 2008, kids will know, speak, and live God's truth-aloha style. Based on Psalm 86:11, Outrigger Island is more than a tropical paradise. It's the place where kids will develop the stability they need to face a world of shifting sands and wavering opinions.

Awana teaches kids that God is real, that He loves them, and
that He expressed that love through Jesus Christ. Kids also learn how
God can help them in their daily lives. Lessons from the Bible teach
them how to honor God in a sinful world.
The goal of Awana is
to reach boys and girls, from age 3 through 12th grade, with the
gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him.
FUN Meetings!
Three segments provide start-to-finish adventure in every meeting. Each segment has its own purpose, but all of them are FUN!
Game Time
- Individual and team competition takes place through games and
playground activities. Every kid gets involved every night and has a
chance to unleash his or her energy.
Handbook Time
- Kids work one-on-one with a trained leader to complete assignments
from their handbook. Awana emphasizes memorization and understanding of
key Bible verses that show how to know God and how to walk with Him. A
series of awards and trophies reward achievements at every level as
kids progress.
Council Time - Everyone gathers together for singing, announcements, and, most importantly, a practical Bible message.
Awanas meet on Sundays from 3:30-5:30 p.m. during the school year.
