Parents play such an important role in the spiritual growth of their children. Studies consistently show that amid the loud noise of American pop culture, the influence that even bad parents have on their kids is immeasurable. As a youth pastor, I get to spend a few hours with your children each week. With that time, I try my best to make an eternal impact in their lives. Now, there is a possibility that I may have some impact in that short amount of time with a lot of prayer. On the other hand, you as parents have countless hours with which to make an eternal impact on the lives of your children. You have a unique opportunity to push your children toward God each day by simply being an example of what a godly man or woman looks like. You also have the opportunity to partner with me by engaging your children in spiritual conversations about what they are learning on Wednesday night and in Sunday school.
To that end, I will endeavor to equip you, as parents, to be the primary models in the spiritual development of your children. Each month I will be sending out a Trinity Youth Ministry E-Newsletter entitled: “The Regenerate.” Included in this newsletter will be our monthly calendar, updates on scheduled events and other details that will help you to be informed on what’s going on a weekly basis. Another key feature of this Newsletter will be the inclusion of the weekly topics we have studied on Wednesday nights for the past month with questions for you to use to engage your children in spiritual discussions. I encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities to develop your children into devoted followers of Christ. If you would like to receive this e-Newsletter, please contact me at jwatsontbc@live.com.
Let us work together to “…proclaim him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ.” (Colossians 1:28)

It sounds like "Energy" and stands for "Next Righteous Generation" and it's a blast! It's Trinity's Middle School group on Wednesday nights for 7th and 8th graders. We start in the Gym at 6:45 p.m. for some games, then spend some time learning about God and ourselves from the Bible, and then more activities in the gym until 8:00 p.m. Come on out and bring a friend for all the crazy games, cool people, and fun atmosphere to learn about the God who loves you more than you'll ever know!

A high energy and inspirational weekly gathering for High Schoolers that casually starts about 6:45 in our downstairs game room--and we come into the Youth Room at 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. We have a great time with some interactive games, a Bible-based talk about real teens issues, singing with our Worship Band, and building meaningful friendships. We strive for a comfortable atmosphere, loving people, and honest answers. Bring a friend as you discover God and experience the life He intended for you.

Monday Nights
(ONLY DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR)
It's hard to be a woman in today's world, let alone a Godly young woman. Soul Sisters is a safe place for young women to build relationships with one another and learn true femininity from God's Word. Each week includes fun stuff like a meal, crafts, and lots of laughs. Open to all young women 8th grade through college age. For information about the meeting time and place, please contact Cindy Anderson at cander1049@aol.com.

Sunday School
9:45-10:45 a.m.
Small groups for each grade explore the Bible in depth to see what God
has to say about the things you care about. It's a casual and friendly
environment to discover how God desires a closer relationship with each
of us, and what that means for daily living. We have loving and
knowledgeable teachers who lead lively discussions for each class.
Awana Trek and 24/7
(ONLY DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR)
3:30-5:30 p.m.
"Trek" offers all the advantages of Awana (see Preschool/Children),
but for middle school young people. Challenging Bible lessons and
memorization, together with exciting games and activities, makes Trek
the place to on Sunday afternoons. "24/7" brings the best elements of
Awana to older teens seeking a deeper walk with God and a challenge to
follow Christ in a confusing world.
